Act-II Scene-1 Short Summary of the Play the Merchant of Venice in Hindi

 

Act-II (अंक-दो) Scene - 1 ( दृश्य एक)

In the beginning of this scene we find, Portia and the Prince of Morocco.

Prince of Morocco, one of Portia's suitors requests Portia not to reject him only for his dark complexion. But Portia says that she is not free to choose her husband. 

हिन्दी अनुवाद - इस दृश्य के प्रारम्भ में हम मोरक्कों के राजकुमार तथा पोशिया को पाते हैं। मोरक्को का राजकुमार जोकि पोशिया से विवाह के इच्छुक व्यक्तियों में से एक है, पोशिया से प्रार्थना करता है कि वह उसे उसके काले रंग के कारण विवाह करने से मना न करे। किन्तु पोशिया कहती है कि वह अपना पति चुनने में स्वतन्त्र नहीं है।
